Zhiqiang (David) Wang is experienced in the private and government sector. Prior to LHP, he worked as Construction Project manager, coordinating architectural design, contract documents, cost estimating, project scheduling, construction administration, construction documentation and engineering coordination. At LHP he has managed both transportation and educational projects.
