LHP is designing a new center of culture, commerce, and community for a 45-acre site outside of the city of Sangre Grande on the island of Trinidad. The complex will celebrate Caribbean steel drum music and the traditions of Carnival. It will include facilities for tourism, shopping, and gambling along with a government center and multi-family housing.  A highlight of Vision City will be a museum dedicated to showcasing the elaborate and fanciful costumes of Carnival and the rich history of the music that accompanies it
